FOOD MAMA FESTIVAL

The Food Mama Festival 2025 celebrated the gastronomic excellence of the Ibleo territory, turning six municipalities in the province of Ragusa (Comiso, Chiaramonte Gulfi, Scicli, Ispica, Vittoria, and Modica) into unique showcases of tradition, quality, and innovation. From October 18 to November 30, local producers, chefs, buyers, and industry journalists came together through show cooking, tastings, and networking events, creating concrete opportunities for business growth and visibility.

Funded by the Regional Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, and Mediterranean Fisheries, the festival was organized by the Free Municipal Consortium of Ragusa in partnership with CNA of the province of Ragusa. It paid tribute to the knowledge of mothers and their art of welcoming, cooking, and passing on traditions.

The festival allowed companies to present their products, highlighting short supply chains and local specialties, while buyers and industry operators discovered new partners and solutions for national and international markets. In this way, Food Mama Festival combined food, culture, and business, transforming the gastronomic experience into a concrete platform for promotion and development of the territory.
